About CostMyMeal
CostMyMeal is a free, browser-only meal cost calculator that compares home-cooking against delivery across countries and supermarkets — with macros and a sharp sense of humor.
What we do
Plug in any recipe and we add up ingredient cost (per supermarket), gas/water/oil for the cooking method, and macros — then call out whether you actually saved money vs ordering. Everything runs in your browser; we never see your inputs.
Why we built it
Most cost calculators are spreadsheets pretending to be apps, or single-country, or paywalled. We made one that's static, multilingual, and works on any country with reasonable supermarket data — for home cooks, fitness folks, and pro chefs running plate-cost numbers.
How it makes money
Optional Google AdSense + affiliate links to grocery delivery and kitchen tools. Users pay nothing. Affiliate links are clearly labeled.
